Absolutely. If you don’t already own a domain (like yourbusiness.ca), we’ll help you choose and register one during setup. If you already own one, we’ll connect it to your new site — you keep full ownership of your domain either way.

Both plans include hosting, SSL security, daily backups, software updates, uptime monitoring, and email support — everything needed to keep your site fast, secure, and online.

The Growth Plan ($199/month) adds up to four minor content update requests per month: things like changing text, swapping photos, updating hours or prices, or adding a promotion banner. If your business information changes from time to time and you’d rather not think about it, Growth is the plan for you. On Basic ($119/month), content changes are quoted individually as needed.

A minor update is a small content change that takes our team up to about 1 hour — editing existing text, swapping or adding photos you provide, updating hours, prices, menus, or contact details, or adding a seasonal banner. Growth includes up to two such requests per month (they don’t roll over).

Bigger jobs — new pages, section redesigns, new features like online booking or e-commerce, or writing new content from scratch — are quoted separately at a fair project rate. We’ll always tell you up front if a request falls outside your plan, so there are never surprise charges.

No contracts and no hidden fees. You pay the one-time $199 setup (which includes your first month), then your monthly plan on flexible month-to-month terms. Add-ons like SEO can be added or removed as your needs change.

SEO Essentials ($119/month) optimizes your website so local customers can find you on Google — keyword optimization of your pages, local search optimization (including your Google Business Profile), technical SEO health checks, and ongoing monitoring. SEO Accelerator ($199/month) adds deeper keyword targeting, content improvements, and ranking reports. SEO is a long-term investment — results build over months, not days — and we’ll keep you informed on progress.

Both services are available at $399/month each. Social Media Management covers planned, branded content posted consistently to your Facebook and Instagram pages. Email Marketing covers professionally written and designed campaigns sent to your customer list. We currently have a waitlist due to maximum capacity — check the boxes on the intake form and we’ll notify you when a spot opens up.

You always own your domain name. The website itself is built, hosted, and maintained on our platform as part of your subscription — that’s how we keep the monthly cost so low. If you ever decide to leave, we can transfer your domain and part ways on good terms. If you’d like to take the complete website with you, we can sell it to you at our standard website design fee.

Yes — every site we build is fully responsive and tested on phones, tablets, and desktops. With the majority of local searches now happening on mobile, this is non-negotiable for us.

Yes. Fast, secure hosting is included in every plan, along with an SSL certificate, daily backups, and uptime monitoring. If anything ever goes wrong, our team is alerted and gets your site back up — usually before you even notice.

Definitely. Many clients start with a clean, professional core site and later add pages, photo galleries, booking systems, or e-commerce as their business grows. Larger additions are quoted as fair, fixed-price projects — and because we already know your site inside and out, they get done quickly.
